Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds Who has said in His Noble Book:

“(This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, full of blessing, that they may ponder its revelations, and that men of understanding may reflect” [Al-Qur’an 38:29];

“Will they then not meditate on the Qur'an, or are there locks on the hearts?” [Al-Qur'an 47:24]; and,

“And (I am commanded) to convey the Qur'an, so whoever, therefore, chooses to follow the right path, follows it but for his own good…” [Al-Qur’an 27:92].
